🗓 Subscription Cut-Off Dates

To receive the next month’s box, customers must subscribe by the 26th of each month (Cut-off Dates may change if boxes sell out).

• Subscriptions placed after the 26th will roll over and begin with the following month’s box

• This cut-off allows us to carefully source books and curate your box with love 💕📚

🚚 Dispatch Schedule

All subscription boxes are dispatched on the 1st of each month.

• If the 1st falls on a weekend or UK bank holiday, dispatch will take place on the next working day

• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way 

📍 Shipping Locations

• We currently offer free UK shipping 🇬🇧

• We now also offer international shipping to selected European countries. Orders shipped outside the UK will be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs handling fees, depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

⏱ Delivery Times

• Boxes are sent via a tracked courier service

• The estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days from dispatch

• Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed 

🔎 Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be sent automatically by email once your box has been dispatched 

🔁Returns & Refunds Policy

 Subscription Boxes

Due to the curated nature of our boxes, subscription boxes are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Each box is prepared specially for the month, which means:

• We do not accept returns

• We do not offer refunds once a box has been dispatched

This does not affect your statutory rights 

 Damaged or Faulty Items

If your box arrives damaged or with a faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery 

Please include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the damage 

We’ll review the issue and find an appropriate solution 💌

📦 Missing or Lost Parcels

If your parcel is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll work with the courier to investigate 

Once a parcel is confirmed as delivered by the courier, we can’t be held responsible for loss or theft.

✖️ Cancellations

• Subscriptions can be cancelled before your payment renewal date to avoid being charged for the next box

• Cancellations made after your billing date will always apply to the following month’s box 💗
