How much does a box cost?
Our Monthly Boxes are £15.99.
Our standalone boxes are £18.49.
What Condition are the books?
The books are preloved but range from new to good condition — giving books a second chance while helping the planet. You might receive a book that has been sitting on a shelf, never read, or you might receive a book well read but in good condition.
What kind of books are included?
For our Romance Box, think book boyfriends, all the tropes we love, and feel-good escapism 💕
Our Multi-genre box includes 3 books from any genre but you are welcome to note your top 3 so I can tailor the box more to this!
Our Thriller and crime box includes 3 thriller and crime books, to keep you on the edge of your seat and unable to put them down.
Will I know what books I will be receiving?
No, the idea behind Second Bloom Boxes is to remove the stress of choosing and let you enjoy the excitement of receiving surprise books that will hopefully become your new favourite reads! 📚✨

Can I buy a one off box?
You can buy a one-off Romance, Thriller or Multi-Genre Box.
What are the monthly extras?
Our boxes include 1-2 monthly surprises, which are exclusive to Second Bloom!
Can I return books/our box?
Because our boxes are curated subscription products, we don’t accept returns once a box has been dispatched. All books are preloved and carefully checked before packing. If your box arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
What's the purpose of our boxes?
A gift from you to you, to encourage readers to give books they would not necessarily go for a chance. To save books from landfill and increase sustainability, all whilst falling in love with words on pages.
